I had ordered the "PLUM CRAZY" bouquet for my wife just because I thought I would surprise her. She loves the color purple and these flowers were perfect and purple. I had ordered the "LARGE" because I figured the small might be way too small, can't tell how big they really are in a picture. Spent the $39.99 + $13.00 service fee sat back and waited for her to get home. Well my wife comes home after work holding this little bouquet of RED AND YELLOW flowers....WHERE WAS THE PURPLE BOUQUET I ORDERED FOR MY WIFE!!!!!!!! Needless to say I was confused by the flowers she was holding and how they changed from all purple to RED and YELLOW. I logged back into 1800flowers.com selected customer service and clicked on "What if I'm not satisfied with my order or it was not received?" link and filled out the form. Later that day I recieved an email back from them saying that they were sorry I was not satisfied with my order and that they would give me 20% off my next order. "Fool me once shame on you, Fool me twice shame on me" If they cannot fill my first order correctly why should I believe they can do it the second go around. I also sent them a detailed email of my experience and even offered to send them pictures of what I ordered and what I had recieved, still they would not offer to make things right or offer a refund. I informed them to please remove me from their email list as I am not going to be ordering from them again. 1800flowers.com IS A RIP OFF and a WASTE OF MY TIME AND MONEY. IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME AND MONEY DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY EVER. Their claim of "100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEED" on their main page should be labled as FALSE ADVERTISING.
