This company give poor service and they don't give you any compensation for their mistakes. All I will say is they give non delivery on mail service, they claim not to get the mail and blame it on US postal service. Every time I got a check or important piece of mail sent to me it would not show up. When I asked for compensation the owner of the company decided I was not worthy of their services and withdrew me from being his customer. Yep you heard right he withdrew me from being his customer and then claimed I owed them money which he was not going to ask for. When I wanted to review the bill he said he did not have time for me anymore and hung up the phone, since he was crediting my account.

I have proof I paid my account it full and I have the monthly invoices for the times I paid them, I think he made up the false amount owed to nix me. He actually did me a favor since it was my intention to find a new mail service but he wanted to beat me to the punchline for their poor service. I also use to use their answering service and that was poor too, they'd answer my line wrong to I committed to the mail only but they are lairs and billing on a 30 day cycle to get more profit for doing no work, don't use them. If you do you'll be looking for a place to tell other how poorly their treated you and they do not apologies for anything.
