INW CONTACT STOLE MY TIME OUT OF MY PAYCHECK IN WHICH I HAVE PROOF EVERY WEEK WHEN I WORK I COMPLAINED ABOUT THIS ALL THE TIME THEY WOULD FIX IT. WHEN I REAlly stressed the issue and after 4 or five month working with them them stole some of my commision .i was told i would get 75 cents per lead if 1 haverage over 4 percent per month i did 4.2 percent i got a email saying i earned 214.50 and i got 440 lead. now that does not add up so i questioned it. i am supposed to get 330.00 for commision 440 leads at 75 cent per lead so when i got my check statment it said 194.00 for commison thats even less than what they told me i would get .so i complained for 2 wks straight. so they put the 20 bcks back on but not the total i was supposed to get 330.00. i was just so tired of fighting a company for what i hadf already worked i finnaly quit.
i was one of the highest producers on the team and whe i told them they need to fix or i would just leave they went and hired 3 people just in case i left. that showed me how much they valued me as employee for a 116.00 on my commission you rather let one of your highest producers go than pay me right and they way payroll talks to people is not acceptable for me being im 46 years old. they need to value there employees better and stop satealing their pay .all of their employees get ripped off everyday it just i keep all of the proof of mine. so if anyone wants to file a class action i will be glad to participate.

i got all the rbs campaign printout i beat the only one that was every ahead of my was the lindas so you are are liar and i even went parttime and still was ahead of you

I have proof they cheated me out of my money and I know who you are to but you don't know what I went thru and I never told you I got paid all my money I complained to 1 nw for 2 months about not getting paid right and told them straight out that that was the only problem I had so you don't know the conversation I had with gone and payroll about my pay I requested all docs and they dod not add up and I explained that to them and they said oh well but Gina tried to help and asked me not to leave she would striaghten it out but I just got tired of having issues with my pay and I never even talked to you about this but I did tell another worker why I was leaving and it was not you as far as other members of my family working for them that was there choice not mind I am one that cares about my pay so you can't speek on what happen to me while on RBS campaign and I do have all my proof and emails and conversations and paper work telling me different amounts and then going back and correcting some but not all of what they cheated me so like I said I have all my proof and I told my family if they need a job stay but they all will be leaving one by one so I can get them on we're I am now getting paid correct with benefits from home

You claim to be the highest producer..sorry to say I was. I also got all the daily reports as you and I beat you 90 percent of the time I know you were paid all your pay and commission you told me, You just did not read your contract and if so uphappy why did you let the rest of your family keep working wth them VS ?.All the agents who post on this site were let go due to production ot cheating the system, meaning wanting to get paid for not taking calls whike running around the house and doing other things and with their system it records all times as long wait time...We are given print outs of our reports from their system if we want and if we have any questions with the pay and you got them and that shut you up.so VS you know who you are!
All I can say to anyone who read this is all these complaints are from people who were let go or who couldnt handle it. We are not EMPLOYEES we are independent contractors, I will be back with them in 3 weeks due to having a baby.I was paid weekly with no issues, I had questions I asked and got answers, I even got an andvance on pay due to an issue no questions asked, I did pay the overnite fee, no problem
If this company was wrong and did not pay it would be shut down by FCC and FTC and other federal agencies.
