If you think you might need it, their technical contact is the Aztec Consulting Corporation. Their phone is: 440-614-5500
This information is provided by Network Solutions, and will expire May 14, 2004. I've done some web searching, but this is a tiny business. Not a lot of press attention here, and who knows how long they will stay open. I wouldn't procrastinate on this one.
I've been to their web site. It's very small and simple. Doesn't look like they have anything shady going on, except for stealing your account number. Here's another email: info@1rate.com
They require a $15 activation fee, not included with the $49.95 montly package. There was no mention of this in your Report, so this really is some kind of mix up. They also provide this number at the site: 1-877-917-6100. DON'T press any of the options. Just wait for an operator or customer service rep, if not call the other numbers, you might have a shorter wait with those anyway.
They do state: "Sorry no refunds or partial credits". When you never purchased the product in the first place, don't let them give you the run around. Insist on a FULL refund, NOT a credit to any give account, because at this point, they don't have any of your account numbers, and never will. I hope.
Hope this helps.
