I also worked for this company, when it was called 1st National Credit Services, own by Robert Bassolino, the company was cheating and stealing money from its clients earning a bad report with the BBB. Robert's father Bob Bassolino Sr. helped the company by changing its name several times. The name of the new company is Consumer Credit Counseling Services, which is a trademarked name that you must have a non-profit license to call yourself CCCS, they continued stealing money from the customers as they continued to change the name, every time they changed the name a different family member or friend was added as the principal.

The company received funding from another family company La Trattoria which is a dining lounge in Boca Raton, there have been many scam operations branched off of the individuals, my warning to the public is do not conduct any kind of business what so ever.

There are other companies out there that have a good reputation. Everything has led back to this report and every party involved is not happy with the actions of Robert Bassolino and his spin-offs, it is a very sad day when so many consumers have to get ripped-off before any higher form of Government steps in and puts a stop to it. How can one man profit from so many losses? There is much more to the story from cheating to lying and dummy corps. Just of word of friendly advise if it sounds funny just dont do it!

This company has so many different websites trying to steal so much from different states and people, i think this is at this point a Federal matter and should be addressed by the proper authority before more people get scammed. From 1st National Credit, to First United Credit, to CCCS (which is not a name allowed to be used by a for-profit company), to Synergy Guitars, now Synergy Audio for cars and homes. wow!

I worked for this company for 3 Years and Robert Bassolino used a different name on the phone. The name he used was George Lynch"(Who is the Company Attorney)". He also uses his father's Ralph Bassolino.
If you look under this name youll find more info. He also has companies open under his wife name:
Stella Carvajal and also under her sister Diana Cana or Diana Carvajal.

they also have another company named:
Colombian Leather ( His wife is from Colombia)
They also own a Restaurant Name La Trattoria in Boca Raton.
I also heard they have a guitar store in Boca Raton Florida.
