1SaleADay Stole money, never delivered product, terrible customer support and very long response times Internet
First off they never mailed my item for almost a month. Before they mailed my order I noticed that PayPal had given them my old address which was still set as my default address when I paid with PayPal. No big deal I figured, I emailed them before they shipped my package and told them I know PayPal only allows you to ship to the address PayPal provided them with and if they can't ship to my actual address to go ahead and refund the order. Well a few days later they decide to ship the order and of course they shipped it to my old address.
I brought this to their attention they of course tell oh well we can't ship to a different address than what PayPal provided. That's fine I would just like my money back. 1SaleADay will make you wait 10 business days for them to receive the item back, after that doesn't happen you have to wait another 10 days for them to file a case with their shipping service (as if it's their shipper's fault), after those 20 days it then takes another 10 business days for them to go through the refund process. So in total from the time you tell them you would like a refund it takes over 1 month. This is clearly a plow to try and weed out customers who aren't persistent enough to stick with it. Also keep in mind that their customer support does not answer questions the same day nor will they even respond after each 10 day period, you have to contact them each time to ask for an update to your status.
So it's now March 1st, I placed my original order in December... but regardless I'm finally done waiting 30 business days after this entire ordeal and I am told that my refund has been denied because they shipped the product to the address they had on file even though I had explicitly told them not to ship to that address and to just give me a refund. Instead they completely ignore that and decide to ship a product they know will not be received and then prevent me from getting a refund. This is theft, they knowingly and purposefully took advantage of them already having my cash with no way to get it back from them.
Do not purchase from 1SaleADay unless you are ready to be bend over should everything not go exactly perfect.
