1cheaptimberlandboots nick ring took money, no goods received and removed website after a refund was requested Internet

My partner ordered a pair of timberland boots from these people and after 10 days of not receiving the goods she emailed him/ the company to ask for the boots by the 16/2 or for a full refund. The email went un answered so checked the website and it was unavailable (coincidently?. the day after email was sent). As it began to become a bit of a concern she rang the card provider to be told the payment had gone to china, immediately she cancelled the card in question in case anymore money was taken. I made enquiries and found the website to be owned by a nick ring (supposedly) and was also told that the contact number was a london number and also given his email address by the company (godaddy) where the domain name came from,  none of it rang true, why would a company with london details be having payments sent to a bank in china???. The card provider is sending a claim form and is going to make its own enquiries to recall the funds, as no contact has ever been made by this company the only conclusion is that it was a scam website so be warned do not buy from WWW.1cheaptimberlandboots.co.uk

you can kiss your money goodbye though in this instance my partner is getting a refund from the card provider and they will not be accepting card payments to these in future if the website goes live again, you have been warned
