I began working with this company in early January and actually felt confident as I have the job skills and knowledge to perform a good job and they were someone who could help me work since I am disabled so it would be a benefit to both parties. The interview process went wonderfully as Christine is a lovely person to speak with and she has a beautiful personality. I even had the chance to speak with the owner Len at the time not knowing what would later take place.

After I was hired I had been given documentation on the training dates and other documentation necessary so I could ensure everything would move smoothly. On the first day of training I logged into my system and met everyone in the classroom as it was an online training that took place via GoTo Meeting. We had some difficulties but that's quite normal for technical issues. When they were corrected everything moved smoothly thereafter or at least it should have until the trainer was constantly removed for meetings which cut the training days shorter than they should of been. What I found quite unfortunate is no one could take her place. What's more is there was a second person present within the training room for a supervisor and she did not continue the training even when the original trainer had to leave. In essence the training days were three days instead of four (or longer) for a very intense telemarketing campaign.

What came about during the training and after the training raised an eyebrow as it did show the faux of the company quality. For example, during high call volume or high log in volume on the servers the bandwidth would go down literally which caused total chaos. When this matter was reported nothing was done regarding the factor by technical support nor higher management. It is as if the company does not have enough money to correct the damage issues or prevent them from taking place in the future ever again. Not only are technology matters in question it is also the hostile work environment being placed in question as when questions are asked answers are not given and employees are treated as they are stupid by certain higher management personnel. That is a serious employment matter which has major consequences with the labor board.

Finally, a last matter that has come into question is the lack of communication regarding pay checks as there has been no checks received and there has been no communication received via email when documentation has been sent over and over again. This is another case of poor ethical quality and a factor for EEOC as well as other state labor boards to consider reviewing because there is lack of professional ethics and professional practice taking place and it can be found throughout the entire company. The sad thing is all employees are being effected by this hostile work environment and should not be forced to work in this type of area.

This is a matter for the California AG to consider reviewing.
