I got all from a person from 1 rate.com and was asked to speak to the owner. I old him that he was not in, could I take a message. He then went in to his speack about our listing with them and that he needed to up date their files. I told him that we did not have a listing for our company with them. He said that we did. And then he haned the phone to someone ealse that I could not understand. I told him that I could not make changes in the phone bill with out premission from the owner. He said "do you have the right to use the phone" I said yes, "then you have the right to make changes." I really an not sure where these people are from but you can bet they don't own a business in the USA because that is not how it is done here. I told him server times that I could not make changes and he told me not to worry about it .It would just show up on the bill. I then started to ask question and he got mad and slammed the phone down but I did get the phone number when he went in to his speech. So I called the company several times and finally go a person. I told her that I wanted to be put on the do not call list and she was like ok fine. I asked how they go my number because I was on a nation wide do not call list for this kinda stuff. She said that they out sorce the calls to overseas. I told her that I would never give my business to any one that did that with so may Americans that need jobs. She was not very nice and said she just works here.
