 1Sale came referred to me by someone who said they had had good experiences. So I ordered three items from 1Sale. The first arrived damaged from improper packaging. The item was fefunded, but without an offer to replace. When I asked for a replacement, I was just told that my money would be refunded.  To give them credit, it was. After a couple of weeks.

The second item, stud earrings, was not as pictured. They were shown approximatly 10 times larger than they actually are. They've very, very small - appropriate for a baby or small child. I would never have bought them if they had been pictured accurately. 

The third item has not been delivered and money not refunded. The only way to communicate with the Company is via email. I get very nice emails back saying they're so sorry and that the item is being shipped, my complaint is being forwarded to the "appropriate department', etc. But after seven weeks, they still have my money and I do not have the product I ordered.
