They sent inadequate paperwork to my dad's mortgage company, no copies to him. They failed to pursue any further contact with my dad and his mortgage company.
They can no longer be contacted by phone, all numbers are no longer in service. They have sent no correspondence to either my dad or the mortgage company for months.
News reports say they were raided by the FBI in June.
The owner, Dean G Chandler is still on the California Bar and has since started a new company called 1st National Law Group.
We are filing a complaint against Dean G Chandler with the California Bar. We doubt the $3500 will ever be recovered but hopefully this will help prevent this rip off from occurring again.
Do Not believe the shills reporting on here that this company was legit- they are thieves!
