1st Commercial Sales & Leasing has left numerous vendors unpaid and then expect them to settle for less than what is owed! We have been trying to get the remainder of the funds owed to us for over 2 years now. We delivered their vehicles to and from auctions for 6 months and now they offer us half and we say no we want the full amount owed. When we took them to court they tell the judge that we never moved the vehicles for them. The judge doesn't buy it and gives us a final judgement for the full amount. At no time during communication over the last 2 years has ANYONE at 1st Commercial ever questioned vehicles not being moved! We have spoken to other Car Transporters that they did the same thing to in the past and then they expect to pay them a percentage of what is owed. If you cannot afford to transport your vehicles or have repairs done on the vehicles than do not call us in. Don't be lured in thinking that you are different and they will pay you, because you will be at a loss in the end. It is unfortunate, because they call themselves Christians and last I checked Christians were suppose to be honest people!
