Clear Credit Calls every day - demands $59.00 - Will not send me any proof via email or post Chicago Illinois

I, like many others here, have been getting the automated number: 866-505-2632, calling me everyday asking me to call them back. I did, at the beginning of this month, and they told me that I needed to pay them $59.00 via credit card or check by phone, for money I owe to "My Perfect Credit.Com" I told them that I did have an account with Clear Credit.com, which I had cancelled last year.

They refused to send me any proof of this debt, telling me that "If they sent a letter out to everyone that owes them money, they would be out of business". I looked the phone number online, and came accross the rip-off report website with the complaints of many others. The second time I called the 866# back, they were xtremely rude and told me they would ruin my credit rating and continue to call everyday "as a courtesy" until I gave them my credit card information or checking account information over the phone. I have sent a cease and desist letter to 1st America via registered mail, so I know they have received it, but they continue to call via the automated dialer. I cannot use my call-blocking feature since the number calling is a toll free number. I have looked up Clear Credit.com, and My Perfect Credit.com on the Better Business Bureau web site.

Both companies are listed with an "F" rating. I am trying to figure out how to proceed with getting these folks to stop calling me on a daily basis.
