I received their credit card offering me a certain line of credit. I REFUSED THE OFFER AND CUT THE CARD UP AND SENT IT BACK, next thing I know they are billing me $459.00 for SERVICES NEVER RENDERED!!! They are STILL trying to collect after 10 years, turned it over to collection agencies and such!! SOMEONE BETTER PUT AN END TO THEM, OR I WILL FLY TO VEGAS AND FIND THEM AND I'LL BET THEY DON'T EVER MAIL ANYTHING OUT AGAIN, LITTLE HARD FROM H**L, don't ya think?????????? FBI: DO YOUR JOB AND GET THEM BEFORE THE AMERICAN PUBLIC HAS TO!!!!

They have a new name and I fought back!

Dear Randall,
Even though I would like nothing more for these people to go where they deserve to, I want to give you an update and some helpful info....

They are now Credit One Bank, they are still up to their old criminal tricks. My situation was similar to yours and here is what I did....
I filed a complaint to my states Attorney General's office and I wrote letters to them. the most effective address to send letters to them is:
Credit One Bank
Office of the President
(Jim Shaugnessy)
PO Box 98876
Las Vegas, NV
89193-8876

Be cool and collected in your letters, but most important, state in writing that you only wish to contact them by written correspondance (make them put their lies in writting!) and send all copies to your Attorney General(show on your letters to them that you are sending the A/G a copy also!!).

Look them up on the web, they have already been sued under the name FNBM, but write those letters! Feel free to ask me about effective ways to write these letters, because they do pay off! They did for me! BUDHIBBS.com is a good website for consumer letter writing.

Good luck and God Bless
Glenda, Galena Missouri
