1ST Accounting Services posts Jobs all over the Internet for Virtual Appointment Setters and claims to pay $20Hour.  I worked for them for a while and never got paid a dime.They have an "Office" in New York City which is just takes calls and messages, you can't get through to anyone ,like Management.

The Company is based Offshore/Overseas which means it doesn't have to comply with US Laws including paying Employees, or independent Contractors. You communicate 100% through Email and when you Email them for the money they owe you, you will never hear back. They have an Appointment Setter call Chicago and Houston to get Business Owners to meet with their Financial Advisors to look over all their Money to see if they can "improve " the businesses "Financial Situation". This has all the makings of a Scam.
