1st Choice Facilities Services Refuses to pay outstanding invoices for service work provided! Sarasota, Florida

1st Choice is on my "worst of the worst" list. Get in touch with the Ace Cash Express, talk to the manager. Be very polite, even apologetic, that you may unfortunately have to sue their company, and you need to speak with someone in corporate about it. When you get that person, again be polite. Tell them that you're hoping to avoid involving them in legal matters, and that hopefully this can all be straightened out with some phone calls. Pressure from them is the only thing that will work. I've been through this more times than I can count.

This is a running list over the last 10 years, some of these companies might be gone, or are renamed. Many maintenance companies start up, rip everyone off, and re-open under a new name every few years with all the same people.  Anyone know of any other websites like this one, where us contractors can keep track of these loser companies?
