1st National Processing Merchant services charging account after account closed Thousand Oaks, California

I closed my account at 1st National Processing about four month ago and they are still  taking $96.86  this month they took $84.12 from my account. the total now is $294.40. The first time i called to cancel the account  they said sorry to hear that your closing the account but since youve been with us so long please come back anytime,and dont worry will close that account. one month later i get a $96.86 charge on my account so i call they said it hasnt gone threw yet,next month i get anouther $96.86 charge so i call again they told me that there is no paper work on the account being closed and that i need to fill out a cancel sheet and fax back to them. no one told me on the first conversation that i had to do that. so i filled it out and faxed to them.next month same thing a charge on my account. so one more time i call he said i needeed to call them to see if they got it i told him that i did fax over and for him to go look for it, while waiting on the phone forever he comes back and said oh yeh i found it ,it was with all the other fax papers this was almost a month dont they ever ck there fax machine. i told him we need to take care of this problem now he asured me that he would process it right away. this month i get a $84.85 charge so once again i call now they said yes we see that it is in process, WHAT how long does it take to close a account? 10 more days i asked about the reinbursment of all the other money we will only give back the $84.85. i would close the bank account but i have other  venders with my card number this may be the only way to stop this rip off scam as i read about this company i see that im not the first and prob- not the last.
