 Purchased a homebuyers warranty for my new home.  10 days after purchase of the home, the hvac unit upstairs quit cooling and blowing air.  Warranty company stated "It must be a pre existing problem since I had only been in the home 10days".  Shouldn't matter if your warranty is in effect 10 days or 10 months, if you have a problem they should take care of it.  Why would anyone want a warranty that continuously denies your claims?!!!!
