The reason I am writing this report is because 21 Century Auto Group owes us a navigation DVD to the car we purchased. After 6 months of trying to get the dealer to respond, we decided to give up, buy the $250 disk ourselves and just warn others of their practice.

21 Century Auto Group has been my familys dealership of choice over the past years. I wrote a review for this dealership a while ago but am back here again because we made another recent purchase. We are a family of 5 and 3 of our cars have been purchased at 21 Century Auto.
Back in 2011, my brother purchased a BMW B7 Alpine and my mother, a Mercedes Benz CLS. My brother couldnt be more content with his purchase, to this day, he has not had one problem with his car and seems as happy with it as he did the day he purchased.
My mother had initially purchased the CLS, she loved the car and she trusted my brothers recommendation to this dealership. As satisfied as my mother was with the CLS, she always dreamed of having a convertible. She purchased the car Last year in the month of November and just like my brother, NEVER had a problem with the car exceptthat it wasnt a convertible. Not that my opinion counted so much because it wasnt a car for me, I thought the car wasexquisite and the price she ended up signing for was UNBEATABLE!
This past week, after looking to see if this dealership hada convertible that caught my mothers interest, we found a beautiful BMW convertible in a teal color with a black top. It was exactly what she wanted and we were all thrilled to see she had finally found a car she really trulyliked! A car is an investment, if your not completely sure its what your heart and wallet want, then dont make the purchase! The salesman dont push the sale at all so take your time!
My mother stopped by the dealership and was helped by Andrey. Andrey has always been a fantastic salesman. Andrey and Dmitry Zeldin (the owner) helped work together with my mom to make her completely comfortable with her purchase. Sitting down, they discussed the benefits of this car in comparison to hers, by the end, my mom was sure the BMW was the car she wanted. She traded in the CLS and purchased the BMW. Andrey and Mr. Zeldin make my mother the happiest woman in New Jersey!As always, these gentlemen handled themselves very professionally and offered their assistance with any problems in order to accommodate my mothers needs. I am very grateful that this dealership offers such great customer service, indeed it is a big part of purchasing. We picked up the car yesterday and a young man named Jeff took his time to show my mother everything in the car and helped her understand the cars different features. That helped A LOT, driving a new car for the first time without knowing anything can be nerve wrecking.
Not to make this longer then it already is, I also purchased my car with 21 Century Auto group, a Audi A4 2009 about two years ago and I love my baby.
In all honesty, this dealership really does live up to its fantastic reputation. We would not be doing business with them so frequently if we doubted their service and loyalty to their customers. We have gotten to know our salesman and feel very comfortable with their professional work ethic.
**I will try and include the pictures of our cars just to show that this review is completely legit, my family and I WOULD RECOMMEND this dealership to ANYONE! Check out other dealerships and then stop by 21 Century Auto, you will understand why we choose to only deal with 21. FANTASTIC PLACE,

21 century auto group has such an understanding staff. I recently made a purchase with this dealership and felt the need to share my experience with others. Andrey was my salesman and he was such a delight to work with on this transaction. I first came across my current purchase online while looking for a vehicle that suited my needs but was also affordable and within my price range. Andrey helped find the perfect purchase for me! He was very understanding, enthusiastic and offered me several financial options to accommodate my financial situation. I purchased a 2004 Volkwagen Touareg, being that its an older car, I was concerned with the interior, whether the previous owner took care of it and it was serviced accordingly. I expressed this concern to Andrey and he understood where I was coming from. Looking at the car in detail, I was so surprised! The vehicle was in fantastic shape. Andrey showed me the paperwork of the 21 century auto group mechanic that overviewed the condition of the vehicle and the services that had been made to it in order to maintain it in great shape. All of this made me feel extremely comfortable and enforced the idea that 21 century stands behind what they sell. I have been using th vehicle for almost two weeks now and couldnt be happier. Andrey even called to check up on things and offered his assistance with anything I may need. If I ever had to purchase again, I wouldnt hesitate to deal with Andrey or this dealership!

A couple of months ago, I was searching the market for a new car. I went to the BMW dealership on RT 1 and also to several dealerships in New Jersey including the Auto Mart auction. I wasnt really sure exactly what I was looking for so I decided to look at several different places, compare prices and see what was suitable and caught my interest.
One of the dealerships I was the most comfortable and satisfied with was 21 Century Auto Group. Not only was I impressed with the customer service they have but also with the variety and the great prices. When I initially visited, I did not make a purchase and evenso, my salesman David, was extremely polite, showed me several vehicles and sat down with me to talk about what kind of car interested me. I did not feel rushed and David really dedicated his time helping me find the car that I wanted without making me feel obligated to purchase.
About two weeks ago, I visited their website and found a car with the specs I wanted and at a very reasonable price. I called and scheduled an appointment and specifically asked for David. Sadly, David was not available however, they scheduled the appointment with another sales member.
Tushar was fantastic! This was my first time dealing with him and like David, he really demonstrated his concern for his customers satisfaction.
Long story short, I finally made a purchase! I bought a G35 Sedan by Infiniti.
It really caught my attention and after test driving it, I knew it was a car I would like to keep. I am very happy with this dealership. The patience and professionalism their staff has was felt from beginning to end, exactly how agreat dealership should treat their customers. Thanks 21 Auto staff!

Reading through these reports, I came across this recent one and just wanted to give my feedback. I dealt with this dealership about a week ago and can honestly say I did not have one complaint. The car was in great condition and I picked it up just as expected. It was ready to be driven away and has been one of the best choices Ive made this year. I asked family and friends for their recommendations and several people recommended this dealership because of their postive experience and the great deals they walked away with. I just want to thank David and his staff for their professional attitude and their patience with my family and I. My wife and I stopped by this dealership and least to say, they were exactly what people described. They had a wide selection of vehicles, their showroom is very nice and the prices are amazing! We dealt with David and he was fantastic. David helped fill out the paperwork and set us up into a
great financial plan. David made the entire purchase easy and fast. We are so happy with our new Audi A4 2008! If a next time comes around, we wouldnt hesitate to deal with the staff at 21 Century Auto!

We dealt specifically with Ernest Howe. I contacted them regarding one of the vehicles on the website. After explaining what we were looking for and the needs of our family, they suggested that the vehicle may
not be the best choice to go with. Mr. Howe offered to do an extensive search to find exactly what we needed and wanted for the price we could afford to pay. It seemed like the entire staff at 21 Century participated in the search because we were contacted right away with some better options. The car we chose from the bunch was shipped to their dealership and inspected by both their mechanic and MINE! We purchased the car 4 days later. We have already recommended this dealership to my sister in law, hopefully they can find a car that suites her new and growing family. Thank you Mr. Howe!!

Im not really big on stopping by all different dealerships just to look at what they have. I figure, that gas at almost 4.10 a gallon is a bit too expensive then to be used driving aroundits 2012 thats what the internet is for no? Anyways, I did visit quite a bit of online dealerships, contacted them via email and phone and also contacted 21 Century Auto Group about a car I really liked.
When I called various different dealerships like Jaguar and Ray Catena, the sales reps were polite, amd always offered the best price but at one specific dealership, the sales rep gave me a higher price then the car was initially posted online for. Another dealership was great, except the salesman I dealt with, left me about 10 voicemails always trying to get me to come in and he would find something suitable or adjust the price, honestly, that comes off a bit creepy and I became skeptical and lost interest.
The people at 21 Century were great to deal with. I called and spoke to Dalia the secretary, she transferred me to Andre and I dealt with him most of the time. Andre, was great he answered all of my questions and we set up an appointment for me to stop by. Basically, I stopped in with my wife and we test drove the car. Andre ran my credit, worked out a deal and we left home to think about it. Andre wasnt pushy and we spent about a week or so looking at different options. One day, I received a call from Dalia telling us they were having a Spring sale and the prices would be better. We looked online and plenty of the cars I had looked at before were cheaper then previously.
My wife and I were very pleased with the service at this dealership and although the initial price was not our worry, we figured if they had a newer model for the initial price we planned on spending, we would go with that instead.
They did and we ended up purchasing our 2008 Cadillac CTS with these guys! Andre will def. get references from us!
OVERALL: GREAT PLACE TO BUY!
