After calling for a simple address change for our auto policy we moved less than a mile away in the same zip code they told us our policy would cost another $236! I immediately cancelled this policy and they billed me $139 for the adjustment! Now it has gone to collections! They are looking for any excuse to raise your rates and you can't do anything about it they will get it out of you even if you cancel.
