I have been a good neighbor to Sam since December 2010. I have cut his grass for free all last summer, helped him with car troubles, let him have the password to use my wireless, etc. Sam parks his Pest Control Trucks on the street in front of my house - not a problem, until now. In November, Sam went away on personal business for about 2 weeks. When he returned, he falsely accused me of taking money from his unoccupied unlocked house. He said there would be no trouble if I gave him the money he lost. I filed a police report against him for his threat. Now he uses his Pest Control trucks to play loud music in the middle of the night to disturb me and throws trash on my lawn. This man does not have the caliber of character that anyone should entrust their premises to for pest control.
