Well i have had my home loan for 4 years , sure i have have been late a few times due to family problems...and thats life. These guys I have my loan with its ok of you get a month late...but i have been with them for 4 years..If you really get in a bind and are 6 weeks late they will call your home everyday...Once they even called my Manager where i live and faxed a not to the manager to put a note on my door...As a person with a Real Estate license and has worked in the real estate arena and the loan arena...I find 21st to be downright ruthless at times...I find them to be another over bearing corporate power using full corporate power for the comon man to meet there demands...for instance if yo go late due to financial hardship they are unwilling to work with you and WILL DEMAND a double payment or they will threaten to come get your home.I find these practices highly unethical for a mortage industry... after all they are charging late fees , and making interest on you paying late...so its money in the bank for them... to keep it short and sweet if you can find another lender at the same rate or better i would go with them...because these guys will stress you out and who needs that these days...seriously ! On a scale from 1 to 10 i would give them a 4 as a lender...I have paid them 33,000 dollars over the past 4 years...have a 20 year loan for 65,000...my question is where is the humanity anymore...???
