Please explain how being in default of your loan is the lenders fault.
I'm sure when you were making your payments on time you thought the lander was just fine.
What I would suggest is that you call them and try to make some payment arrangements.
Because from what you wrote you borrowed tens of thousands, if not hundreds of thousands of dollars and have a history of being late. You are currently over 30 days late. If they are calling your relatives because you won't answer the phone..who's fault is that?
You didn't seem to mind when they agreed to lend you the money. You were approved for a Sub-Prime loan, probably because you had Sub-Prime credit. It was still up to you to decide if you could really afford it.
Also, be aware that they could counter your injunction with their foreclosure.
