I purchased my home in 1/2008 and didn't move in until 4/2008 and i was making payments twice a month and then in july 2008 i started making them monthly. They didn't give me enough time between payments to save up for the mothly payments, si i have been making them by the end of the month. I missed marches payment because my husband had to switch jobs at a lower rate and they have been calling 3 or more times a day looking for the payment. I missed 2 payments before and they have sent to me a default notice and i caught up on my payments until marches payment. I then called around to see where i could get the help to pay marches payment, that's when i found out they were a predatory lendert and i had a sub-prime mortgage. If i knew of this company before now i wouldn't have bought the home through them!!! I have turned them into the BBB,federal trade commission and the attorney general. I also was told to have an injunction filed against them, in which i am doing tomorrow. I have also notified the news stations to do a report on this company. They are rude, obnotious, and baligerant to me. They also have talked about my loan and harrassed other family memebrs. They hunt you dowen and call other family members when you don't answer your phone.

Let me get this straight....

AUTHOR: K Luv & The Sauce - (U.S.A.)

You didn't even have your loan 1 year before you got 2 months behind? You didn't call them? And you thought they would be okay with that? Come on now.

Your late that's why they are calling

AUTHOR: Dave - (U.S.A.)

Once again someone is late on a payments and it's the lenders fault.

Please explain how being in default of your loan is the lenders fault.

I'm sure when you were making your payments on time you thought the lander was just fine.

What I would suggest is that you call them and try to make some payment arrangements.

Seriously?

AUTHOR: Robert - (U.S.A.)

Please let us know the basis for your "injunction".

Because from what you wrote you borrowed tens of thousands, if not hundreds of thousands of dollars and have a history of being late. You are currently over 30 days late. If they are calling your relatives because you won't answer the phone..who's fault is that?

You didn't seem to mind when they agreed to lend you the money. You were approved for a Sub-Prime loan, probably because you had Sub-Prime credit. It was still up to you to decide if you could really afford it.

Also, be aware that they could counter your injunction with their foreclosure.
