Since I have been with this company it keeps sinking to lower and lower levels and is breaking certain laws. Not only do they call me all hours of the night (well past 9:00 PM) but they are also contacting my neighbors and telling them all my personal indepth information. When I or my ex-husband make payment plans with them they keep call regardless. No matter if I am making the payments on time or not they call. I don't even have to be late on a payment and they are calling harrassing me for payment. I have been hung up on repeatedly when just asking to speak with a supervisor and my account manager is so rude he even yells at me. This is not a company I would want to see anyone doing business with. I have contacted the attorney general to get this issue resolved but to this date have not had any satisfaction from this very unprofessional compnay.
