Please stay away from this place. Hopefully if more people read this warning and stay away from it they will go out of business. I was one of the unfortunate people who hadnt read these complaints and now I am in the same boat as many of the people here.

I was lured by false advertising, only to discover that the vehicle I had just called about had been sold. I saw a similar vehicle on the floor price for $5000, when I asked why that was the case they told me the other car at that price had faulty transmission. I should have followed my gut at that point and walked out.

They want to see you credit card, license and other information before you even get to drive the car. This was red flag #2 that should have made me walk away.

When I finally got to test drive the car, the car had missing cup holders which the management said they would replace, I explicitly stated that they were deal breakers and I would walk away from the sale if they were not replacing them. Its been 3 weeks and the cup holders still have not replaced. I am not even able to talk anybody about it cause I am always getting the run around.

My tags are expiring in a few days, and they keep giving me the run around on that too. When I asked if I could get a new temp tag they told me to drive around with the expired tag and if I got a ticket they would pay for it. Do they think I am idiot to fall for their tricks twice??? I am going to take a lawyer to their office, and a police officer who is a friend, maybe having that much firepower in the room will get things moving.

Stay away from this place. I am hoping to try to put them out of business somehow. Maybe some legal action of some sort, cause it looks like the reviews of their businesses practicises are not phasing them at all.

To answer your question

Yes, they think you are an idiot. If you are willing to pay an attorney hundreds of dollars an hour to go to the dealership to ask them for your cupholders, you are an idiot. If you are angry about cupholders, and not thanking your lucky stars you got a car with a working transmission, you are an idiot. I have no doubt that you have threatened them with this stuff already, so of course they are going to blow you off when you have a genuine concern such as the tags and registration. You go ahead and get legal action and after a) you find out how much it costs, and b) find out it won't work, you let us know how it went for you.

Oh, and in the future if you buy a car and those all-important cupholders aren't there, you ask them to be put in before you buy, or to be put in writing that they owe you cupholders so you have a leg to stand on if they don't.

Cupholders?

AUTHOR: Robert - (U.S.A.)

So you go into a dealer and they tell you about a car with faulty transmission and that was a Red Flag to you.  Then they ask you for a Credit Card, License and other information and that was another red flag for you.  Yet your "deal breaker" was that the car had to have cupholders?

Do they think I am idiot
- Sorry, but yep for "cupholders" to be a deal breaker I am sure they thought you were an idiot.  I o have to give you points for being original though.

Seriously all your "cop friend" and lawyer are going to tell you is that it is a Civil matter and the car was sold "As-Is".  So if you don't have something in writing that you are going to get cupholders you might as well go out and buy them yourself.  Even if it is in writing the best you could do is take them to court.  You may be able to "scare" them into doing something but if your "cop friend" does anything illegal they may turn around and file a complaint against him.
