Today "May 5th" I spoke with Hugo he checked the recording of my original conversation and confirmed that I had instructed Kimberly, to mail me a check the account was no longer open. Then procedes to tell me they must get my money back before they can issue my refund.
This is the poorest customer service I have ever experienced from any insurance company. They make a mistake and I am penalized. I am expected to wait indefinately until the bank returns their money to get mine. I'm giving them till Monday to get a check in the mail or I am switching back to Pxxxxxx. (((REDACTED))) Pxxxxxxx is higher but their customer service is excellent.
