21st mortage bullying, nonstop harrassment , Internet

secured a loan from 21st mortgage was told that payments had to be deducted from my bank account, i agreed... two months later going through divorce and account needed to be closed they tried to deduct the mortgage payment it declined after 2 weeks the phone calls began from John and he called 10 or more times a day. I finally spoke with him tried to explain the situation and instead of him listening he began insisting that i make the payment today. i asked him how i could make payments at a later time but not by a bank account and he told me but he again said that the company would hit that bank account every month regardless if i post a payment through the internet or at a bill payment center. I told him that acct is negative and i am working with the bank to bring it back positive but until then i would make other arrangements for payments. but he didn't listen and on the first of the next month they attempted to collect the monies through that acct.

John sends faxes through the housing community asking them to place the fax on my door. the fax contains my info and i know with all the privacy laws that he cant do that without my permission.. the fax has my name address and states that my home is in jeopardy of being foreclosed, contact him immediately and i am not even two months behind.
