24 Hour Family Fitness Orange Super Sport Poor Customer Service Endangering my Health orange California

I got injured at the 24 Hr Super Sport in Orange, Ca a few weeks ago.  They did not properly clean the walkway to the women's locker room and I slipped on water.  I grabbed the wall for support and almost fell and miscarried.  I am 7 mos pregnant.  I gashed my hand and there was blood dripping to my elbow.  Although, I let them know, they did not even clean it up immediately, risking further injury to other customers.  I continued to give the gym a chance and tonight the Asst Mgr on duty was so flagrantly insolent, even to the point of lying to my face, saying that there was only one phone in the gym, and how I should walk back to my car to make a phone call that was to a 1800 number.  He made a menial and ridiculous request that I sign into the gym, although I had signed in already only a mere 5 minutes ago, and the two original workers saw me walk in there, were the same ppl working when I walked back in. His behavior and code of conduct was so poor I decided to cancel my membership and at that point, he continued on with his attitude and behavior, irregardless of my physical state and even incurring further harm to my body.I got injured at the Super Sport in Orange, Ca on 2102 N.
