Locked Key in the car in the morning with headlight on, raining outside. Called this company with advertising $19/service and 15 minutes response time.
Operater took the address, car information and promised 20 minutes time. 30 minutes later, got a call with another guy promised 5-15min. to show up.
Another 20 min. later called back with the phone number, told he assigned this to another person close by.
Another 20 min. later, some one called said will be her in 15min.
Another 30 min. later, he called again saying he is at the address that he cannot find me, appearently he has the total wrong address...
Another 15min..... he finally showed up, 3 minutes to open the car, ask for $125 cash, or $150 check.
Please do not use this company, will not deliver and total RIP OFF for your time and money
