hi! I'd just like to say I recently became a member of 247downloads.com and the first day I downloaded the software to find music and whatever else they said you could find with it, it didn't work and I tried everything I possibly could to get it to work and it didn't ever work, so I went back to the original site to contact them which by the way can only be done by email which was sort of odd that they didn't have a phone number or mail address you could contact them by,
anyways I emailed them and for two days I got no response and most sites like this contact you within 24 to 48 hours with a response but they didn't even after a third day there was still no response and by now I've emailed them about 5 times telling them I would rather not be a member of their file sharing music club anymore because their software wasn't working and it just wasn't working out for some reason and I wanted a refund, and their help menu, wasn't any help at all either, I tried to see if I could fix the problem but it didn't work the support staff section wasn't working either which wasn't good either,
anyways its now going on two weeks and I still haven't gotten a response from them, I mean it shouldn't take that long for them to contact me to let me know they have cancelled the membership and that they have responded my money back, and I emailed them the very same day after I downloaded the software about the problem and I haven't gotten any response at all and at this point I'm frustrated and angry.
Do I think they're a rip off, yes! until I actually receive somekind of response from them about my concerns and problems about their software my answer will stay the same. If I'm wrong about them and it took so long to contact me because they were having somekind of problem contacting people then I apologize, but until then I think they are rip off, and that they're taking peoples money for a software that doesn't even work and when you contact them about it they don't respond.

I read your complaint and you mentioned being ripped off. Was any money involved? I did a little research on this company, due to I have seen many complaints from 247downloads.com.
