This company evidently preys on the unsuspecting consumer by charging for services never used or signed-up for. Their bogus bidding is done by masquerading as a service through AT&T and will discreetly appear on the customer's phone bill on a back page. I can only imagine the masses of consumers whom will never catch this because they just don't look closely at their bill. It's a good thing my wife watches the pennies and is careful. When I called United Tel, LLC., (the company answering complaints in customer service) they were quick to offer either a credit or a company check as a refund of all three months billed at $15.32 per month, but would offer no apologies for their fraudulent business methods. I explained that I had never signed up for the service (which supposedly offers unlimited MP3 downloads through software) let alone had never even heard of them. Additionally, they do not require so much as a credit card for authorization/authentication. This means anyone can sign up under anyone's name. They even had an email address listed that I have never owned and was made up. How can a company prevent fraud, insure accuracy or age verification if they do not even require a credit card? And, they can bill anybody!! I suspect AT&T will do nothing because they, no-doubt, receive a cut and therefore will go along with it.

Another thing worth mentioning is that this was billed to my business line. This is just an attempt to further the unscrupulous company's chances that whomever pays the bills will never notice the charges. Wrong!

This is a RIPOFF!!
