Many people have noticed charges from "NBM Services" on their credit card (including me on 2 different bank account debit cards). If you call NBM services, they will immediately refund you but they will not tell you WHAT the charge is for. They just say you opted into a "loyalty program."
On this website, you will see there are 8 pages of people stating this was a fraudulent charge on their statements: (((link redacted)))
Most of them say they ordered from 24HourWristbands.com. We indeed placed an order from them, but not since a year ago. We did not join their loyalty program. I tried to call 24HourWristbands.com but their customer service line put me on hold for over 40 minutes and then transferred me to voice mail.
When I called back the original "NBM Services" phone number that was on my statement, I insisted they tell me how to stop the charges. She eventually hung up on me. Her name was Zoe and she said she was the manager, there was no other manager at that facility.
