Long story made short... We returned to the point of purchase, Boost Mobile in Kent,Washington and the manager stated flat out "You won't get another phone from me!" he then turned his back on us, dialed his phone, and began talking to someone, completely ignoring us. WHAT A JERK!!
Now we are stuck with a phone that does not work completely and no way to return it. They gave us the run around for a month and now they get away with this.
Don't buy from them.

POSTED: Sunday, January 29, 2012ZTE continues to insist it is Boost mobiles responsability to make the exchange, Boost mobile says it is not their problem and we need to handle it through ZTE. ZTE did offer to look at the phone if we ship it to them. It would take a few weeks for the tech. department to look at it and if they felt it was not a manufacturer problem they would charge a minimum of $100.00 to fix it and send it back to us.
As I said before; Do not buy from Boost mobile store in Kent, Washington. They are dishonest!!!
