I have done work for Andra Vaccaro at 2953 Club Dr. Los Angeles, CA 90064 . Andra Vaccaro is currently trying to sell her home. She had had me come in over the years to do various work on different parts of the house. The sole purpose of the work I have done is to cover up and hide the huge amount of mold she has growing all over this house. If you are looking ot buy this house please run away or you will get very sick. This is not some prank or joke and you can walk around the house and see in about ever room their has been work done. Some old and some new all of this work was doe to cover up mold. Where the mold should have been treated she told me to just paint over it. The mold continues to grow out of control and she continues not to treat it but to cover it up with paint. Everyone that stays or visits in ths house gets sicks. She is always sick, her guests that stay get sick everybody gets sick in this house because of all the mold. I will no longer work on this houee because when I work in her house for more than 2 days at a time I get sick. After visiting my doctor he told me it was because of the mold 2953 Club Dr. Los Angeles, CA 90064  is full of mold Andra Vaccaro is hiding this mold. Please do not stay in this house or you will get sick for sure

I have been following this battle of words and have done my own research. Congragulations the ripp off report really does work. Following the detail listing of everything that was falling apart on this house, it was pulled of the market today. Not sold but listing cancelled and pulled off the market. Whoever the liar was that was saying it was sold it not too bright, If you go to the listing agent or even look on Zillow it clearly shows the listing was cancelled AND THIS HOUSE WAS NOT SOLD

If you scroll half way down the page it shows the listing was removed. Let us all hope they take the time to finally fix this house rather than trying to pawn it off as a nice home when they know it is a total and complete wreck.

I hope the house did get sold, what a shame just another lie, upon lies, upon more lies. Just 24 hours ago Andra Vaccaro was pleading how everything I wrote was a lie. After providing an itemized list of the nearly $400,000 worth of work, this earthquake damaged house has suddenly sold. Its strange that not even the real estate offices shows it as sold. Do you people ever stop your lies. If the house ever did sell and the new buyers came across long list of deception Andra Vaccaro has performed they would have one of the best fraud cases and a big settlement for sure. If this house ever was to be sold, myself and 3 other contractors would make the new owners aware first hand of all these problem. Together we would show them everything listed in this complaint that they could see with their own eyes. Did you ever fix the cracked granite counter top in the kitchen? or are you still hiding it with black silicone so no one will notice. You have perfomed so much deception of holiding things together in every room of the house that any skilled inspector would prove your whole goal was deception in every repair that you attempted, There are so many things that wrong with the house that I think your comment yesterday is correct. The house is worth no more than the dirt it sits on. This house with all of its mold infestation must be torn down before it kills people .

If everything listed is a lie Andra Vaccaro should sign a statement of fact that none of the items on this list are true and they are all lies.

Stop your lies, you have hurt enough people. You know how badly damaged this house is, Your attempts to desperatly sell it before anything else in it false apart will not be succesful, and if they are the price you will pay in court will be many times more than attempting to repair them now

If the person ( Andra Vacarro) writing the rebuttal has nothing to hide, I would suggest the following

1) an Immediate roof inspection to see all the broken shingles and that the entire roof is being held together with silicone, Any roof inspector will spot this in seconds. It is also worth mentioning that it leaks so badly there is dry rot caused by the rain damage. There is dry rot almost everywhere throughout this house that great pains of deception have been taken to cover up All of this damage has been covered up by Andra Vacarro forcing contractors to use wood putty and fixal to cover up how bad and severe this damage is . Let the author of the rebuttal explain that one

2) Let there be a full inspection under the eves in the outside patio area by the pool and eve even worse yet in the front of the house . All have massive dry rot and all of been painted and filled with wood putty to aid to her deception

3) The chimney has no flashing allowing it to leak everywhere and every time there is rain, The rain damage and dry rot around the chimney is massive

4) perhaps even more interesting to note s is the cracked main sewage line. I am sure it is not disclosed in any of her documents Andra Vaccaro has been aware of this for some time and never has included it in facts about the house. This can easily be seen from the footing wall in front of the house where there is a crack through the side walk all the way to the grass area. Make sure you have this inspected with a camera down the line and the author can I am sure explain that one away as well. The main sewage line is cracked and after getting a quotation of nearly 30,000 to repair , Andra Vaccaro thought she would do her best to hide it in hopes  that it will not be noticed until well after the close of escrow.

5) screen doors upstairs on the balconies have been patched and repaired to cover up the termite and dry rot damage and painted to cover these so that the dry rot will be not noticed

6) Take notice how the kitchen cabinets are falling apart and that the kitchen sink is being held by a shim, It is waiting to fall in. Also the main oven is being held in place by 2 by 4 that have been placed to hold it up so that it too does not fall in

Still worth mentioning is the sever termite damage under the office and lounge floor. Andra has known this for year and of course did not disclose

Is everyone aware that this house was all but destroyed by the earth quake, Half the house fell and had to be jacked up and reset to the foundation. Andra Vaccaro kept half the money from the insurance company and decided to use unlicensed contractors to do substandard quality work. This can easily be verified by records of houses that were severely damaged after the LA earthquake

7) One should also make note of the pool area. There is a massive leak under the pool that will eventually cause it to undermine and eventually slide. I am sure since all of this is false information that Andra Vaccaro will guarantee all of this information to be false in the final sales documents of her wreck that she calls a house

8) Please note that all the oak sills on all the outer doors have been filled or patched to once again cover up the dry rot

anyone seen the first termite inspection report that was done?? it was so bad she had it ripped up and called another inspector that promised not to look as closely. Maybe the realtor Slyvia would not want to lie about this and have her real estate license taken away.

It should be noted that her partially retarded 30 year old boyfriend was growing massive amounts of weed inside the house and therefore you may note the odd smell or use of air fresheners to cover this up but more proof yet can be seen in the addict and closets where additional ventilation was added. The retarded boyfriend now works full time growing week for a living after perfection his skills for years growing at this house

If this is all false, bring out the inspectors. Prove everything contained here is just a lie. I think if you were going to buy this house and find this all to be true you will realize what a deceptive an unethical person Andra Vaccaro really is

If all of this is true you know that everything you have read about Andra Vaccaro is also the truth, She has no ethics and is a skilled liar and cover up artist

PS Please make sure you try every electrical switch in the house to see how most of them dont work. Once again probably caused by all the wood rot, Termite damage, and growing mold throughout the house.

How can anyone know all of this unless they were working among this disaster and had to leave because they became ill from mold

Every word here is true and can be proven in court if needed

How does this scam go again?  The reason I'm asking- I saw this same posting on a different website with someone else's name and address!   Is this really how you spend your time? 

You claim to work for whom?  What is your field?  How are you a credible source?   

The reason I'm asking is because I live at 2953 Club Drive.  I have for several years and I'm not sick (nor is any of the friends who have stayed with us).   Every "tidbit" in your report is COMPLETELY UNTRUE

The only problem we've had at The Clubhouse is with A-Hole contractors that lie, cheat, steal, and don't complete the jobs they were hired and paid to do!  I can only assume, "It's for Real" is one of them. 

Please ignore anything this person (or any of their other aliases posts regarding the woman and address mentioned in these reports.  They are void of fact and exist only in this person's mind-

















The truth is, 2953 Club Drive, a.k.a., "The Clubhouse", is a bargain.  I can't think of any other neighborhood in Los Angeles where you can have that kind of view of the city for that price. 
You can see everything- Hollywood to the North, (the snow-covered Mountains of) Lake Arrowhead to the East, all of downtown and the Pacific Ocean as you look West.  The lot alone was worth the asking price!

I just read these interesting reports on 2953 Club Dr. Los Angeles, CA 90064 . I too have worked for Andra Vaccaro. Several times Andra Vaccaro had me come out to the house to do work. All the work that I did for her was to cover up termite damage or mold damage. I will not give my name because everyone knows this woman lives for the chance to take people to court. This house is infested with mold. You should do your own research and have your inspector look in all areas where there is fresh paint or recent wood work was done. Even a simple inspection will show you that all the work performed was only to cover up mold and termite damage. This is no lie and I would give my formal testimony in court to protect those from getting sick or worse yet dying in this infested house. You must not listen to whatever lies Andra Vaccaro would tell you she is better at lying then anyone you will ever meet. If you really like this house take the extra time to have your inspector pull off whatever recent work has been done and check it for yourself. It most likely will save your life.

Everyone who stays in this house gets sick. It is always for other reasons and Andra Vaccaro always has excuses but a simple medical check off everyone living or visiting this house would show you that everybody staying there for more than a few days always gets sick. I had to quit from this project and refused to do any more work for her at the request of my doctor. Do your own work and look into this house before you stay there

Dear Readers-

Nothing posted in the above ripoff report is true.  The man who posted this report, Victor Afner, 47, is a homeless, meth-addicted pedophile who has failed in every aspect of life.  He is wanted by LAPD and is considered armed and dangerous.  The man has also tested positive for HIV. 

He did pose as a "contractor" in order to gain access to the home mentioned in his report.  He then proceeded to try and blackmail Ms. Vaccaro.  When that didn't work, he stole everything in the house- including every steak in the freezer! He then turned to ripoff report to spread lies.  He is a thief, a conman, and a loser. 

Anyone who has seen the house knows what a beautiful and well kept home it is.  Their is no mold in the house.  There really is nothing more sad than seeing a completely weak and powerless man with nothing better to do in life throw mud.  Two can play that game you dumb half-breed.
