Three Big Guys Moving was a company that i worked with a long time ago with partners just an FYI that i had an intrest in. 3 Big Dogs was my company.  You went to court asking for $9700.00 you got $1750.00 I offerd you in court meadition $2500.00 just to end our situation in the court mediation so i could walk away with giving it my every effort to resolve it even if i felt you should not get that much. I guess the Judge felt that way too!!!   Since you didnt even get 25% of you claim. SO  i hardly call that a win!! I have 30 days to appieal it and will  be meeting with my leagle team Tuesday to see what action is the RIGHT action to take is.  I thank  you for exposing your self here..It will go a long way in any slander, defaming and lible case for false claims that have been slammed on ripoff report by people who seem to hide  at least now we have name and addresses AGAIN IF I OWE ANYONE ANYTHING and you are real about what it is lets deal with it you can call me at 949-216-9738 I will be happy to speak with you and find a fair soultion Scott

I located Scott Michael Tassone's home address and successfully sued him in Small Claims court for damages related to 3 Big Dogs Moving. The judge ruled in my favor.

This proves my point anyone can post anything on anyone !!  Yes i took a PLEA deal and I stand by my actions and my decision I took a PLA deal because if i had went to trial and lost I would have went to jail The OC courts and probation due to my no priors and no current issues  put me on informal probation and in May 2012 will take me 100% off probation because I have done everything right... I'm sorry to hear that another "UNLICENSED" mover ripped off another customer. I find NO license, insurance, business license, CAL-T or MCP permit for this guy or company name.

Price of $69.00 for 2 guys & a 26' truck means he has no overhead (i.e.: insurance, cargo ins., license, work comp., taxes, etc.)

Just like 98% of the movers on craigslist, this guy is a ripoff.(if hiring from craigslist, check License, BBB, work comp, etc.)

Did he offer insurance, have workers comp. or tell the customer their rights?...Probably not.

ALWAYS check out the mover that you hire!
Contact the BBB & other agencies.
Does he list License & Insurance info on their website
Do they give you a contract.
Workman's Comp??
Ask for an estimate "Not to Exceed" a certain $$ amount.

This problem is/has been worked out. Sometimes  in business things do not go as planed we have thousands of very happy clients & yes this one fell threw the cracks. We do care about our clients and finding a way to make them happy if possable We are glad this became possable to be worked out. Scott and I after a few days of emails have come to an agreement where he is reimbursing me for my cost of finishing my move. Sad it had to come to threats of court and suing but glad in the end we are able to come to a resolution without having to tie up the court system.

I do hope that everything goes smoothly and at the end of the day I can just relax and know I am done moving and it was what it was.
