They stole my money and disappeared. The installer that came in from them left the job site with $500 and unfinished work. He basically ripped a half of my house apart and never came back to finish. The installer chance was hiding for a week making excuses and Pat from 3 Dollar Carpet have been promising to resolve and send another installer out but as expected it never happened. He is now refusing to return the money and ignoring my calls. The carpet is also very low quality, it is different from what they show you in the showroom and will have rips, tears and stains all over. Do not waste your hard earned money on these scammers.

Incorrect Report

3 Dollar Carpet never received any money for an install. We refer Installers Carpet Services for all of our installations. They are an indepedant company. When Installers Carpet Services went to the job site the customer was verbally abusive to them and they refused to work for him. The customer then called us asking for another installer. We explained to him we do not install carpet and use independant companies. We then reffered him to another installation company and he was again verbally abusive to them and they refused to work for him. The customer then called us asking for the money he had given the installation company, which we refused to do as we never received any money for this.
