Do not sign any rental agreement with this man unless you have your lawyer look at it first or do any handshake deals. He doesn't stick to the deal and lies about any handshake deal you made.

He needs to go back to his own country and stay there. He's not a citizen, so has to go back anyway when his visa is expired. He tried remodeling a building without proper permits, cut down trees that are protected, and does the work when the city can't see him do it.

He's out for all he can get and if you do one thing wrong, he will take you to court with his ambulance chasing lawyer who also lies about stuff, call you a thief, etc. He makes his money over here and takes it back to his (((REDACTED))) country to spend.
