I also had big problems with this company. Underwriting times grew to 3 weeks with no compensation to customer or brokers they did business with. The answer to the problem was to double the extension fees for any loan that didn't make deadlines, the only delays were caused by 360 management. They also have a real problem with funding their loans. I was told the loans should fund at the same time as the closing, but 3 days after closing we were still waiting for the seller's check. I should have known better, when the title company warned me that this company is notorious for not getting papers on time and not funding like everyone else. I guess they are a new company and don't have the funds to run a company properly. Don't let them screw your loan up like they did mine. When I called their management I was amazed how unprofessional they were and how little they cared about the problems they created. Stay away!!!
