i was hired to secure  a bldg under extreme secrecy  also was told  i would be well treated and  would get a schedule around my studies  instead my schedule was constantly changed snap chat and 360 continuously terminated people  base on how they were liked or looked as well as placed them  i was told to switch post i refused as i was hired for 701 and i was threatened to be terminated during one of mr howards visits aka ownetr 360 he berated the office manager  telling her she can put  her baby up for adoption or  get rid of it anything just get in the officce where i need you two officers were present  they sent a man  named steve back to  the 701  post because  he was unable to function at mkt street overly demanding  hard post with constant micro managing and  extremely hostile  security team leads they constantly berated the guards and sent me individuals who were under the influence of marijuana and drugs  two of whom i saw  i only reported it to a fellow officer because my shift was desired  by many of the  officers and they were friends relatives of  employees mr  howard and  tim wheeler concoted a plot to  digrace me  i  just ignored it left mr howard had terminated my employment without cause  and needed to justify his actions which he still cannot  accusing me  of being  a  threat because i did not  allow officers to be lazy and asked they do the same job as me snapchat believes  espicially the owner that they are better then most people  firing people just because they dont  like the way they look or  because they dont bow to the almighty evan i winessed many arguments  which were cause for dismissal however only those theat did not fit  the snapchat  ideal person was let go  based solely on looks and perception not  skill both 360 and snapchat mistreated thir former and present security guards were injured riddiculed and  embarrased  without cause working for 360 or snapchat is working toward racism elitism and selective discrimination boycott snap chat
