365 Portraits came to the hospital here at Boca Regional Hospital in Boca Raton, Florida to take my son's pictures when he was born and then again to our home for his one month pictures.  The photographers were nice but pushy.  At each sitting my son wanted to sleep but they would shake and rock him awake to the point where he would scream and cry turning bright red.  At the hospital, 365 came in as we were being discharged.  We had a room full of family trying to pack and sign papers when then this lady wheels in a huge machine to take his pictures and review packages with us.  Completely intrusive and we were all stressed as it was having our first child, being discharged, and the in-laws visiting at the same time.  I was forced to breast feed my child to comfort him in front of everyone because he was so worked up at being over stimulated-I wanted to cry!!!  Needless to say the pics turned out not so cute!  Also, when the photographer came to the house he took tons of pics and only less than half of them turned out because of problems with the camera.  I missed out on a lot of cute pics.  I will never get them back because we did not know this until two weeks later when we sat down to review the pics that they were missing.  I could have taken them myself with my digital camera.  My son was a month old when his pics were taken.  He is now two and a half months old.  They take FOREVER to get your pics out to you.  By the time I mail the one month old milestone pictures out to my family out of state my son will be four months old!  I called to cancel his order but they will not let me cancel.  Customer service was rude and actually arguing with me, the rep even hung up on me!   I have not even received the pictures yet, nor have they been processed.  Not to mention they were so extremely expensive.  365 offers a free 3x5 but what they dont tell you is you have to order a set to get that and the cheapest was $411 which is what we ordered.  Studio One at wellington mall does a much better job for half the price and you get your pics in less than a week.  Plus they airbrush the pics as well.  The only good thing about 365 is they come to your house.  I will never use them again.

Oh, and I forgot to mention that I paid an additional $84 to get the price of $411 to be a "club member." Way to make my first experience a great one 365! I will never get that moment back or the pictures you lost! What a rip off!!!
