365 Professional Failed to Deliver Software New York New York
My circumstances are the same as the report entered in February 2013. I ordered software, to be delivered electronically, and 27 hours later, apart from an invoice promising delivery within 24 hours (see 365 Rebuttal on 21st Feb) I have no software. I have emailed, and left two voicemails, because their Customer Service is apparently not operational
Normally one would allow a supplier time to deliver, but with electronic delivery, there is no excuse for this kind of delay. It should be virtually immediate - they should be able to provide the download site and key almost by return. Having just made a fourth call to customer service, with no response, I am submitting this report
