I received a letter stating that I had been chosen to recieve $57,000 from unclaimed prize funds for Readers Digest, Publishers Clearing House, Online sweepstakes, Internet Games, etc....Encllosed in the envelope was a check for $3990.00. It was described as the administrative fees and Clearance fees for the winnings. The phone number comes up as a cell phone for Canada. Secrecy is required to claim the prize. The names listed are Angela Thomas and signer is Sally Nelsonwho claims to be a claim specialist for 3D Financial Services and Consultants, a division of 3D Auto Transport INC. I was instructed to call the number to have the check activated. A claim number was given.
