RTEO wins legal fight spanning nearly 10 years, awarded over $110,000 against Hs, commonly known as principle of 3D for failed partnership.

KH, Belgium – November 16, 2014 – RTEO has emerged victorious in a brutal decade-long battle against RH and DC-H of 3-D.  In 2003, RH promoted and formed a partnership with RTEO and several other businesses to operate attractions globally, including the first installation at B, financed by F of Belgium.  Despite strong success and profitability of the B attraction, the partnership quickly dissolved when RH and DC kept the net revenues of the attraction and refused to pay the operating expenses including labor, taxes and repairs.  The ultimate award to RTEO, the attraction operating company, is more than $110,000.

“We worked so hard for these people and entertained thousands of customers.” claimed B attraction manager JD.  “When our paychecks just stopped coming, we couldn’t believe it because of all the money we were making for them.  Some of the 3D Theater performers had to quit because we were living paycheck-to-paycheck, and the rest of us believed their empty promises but then went weeks without pay.  Even after 11 years, we remain angry that they took such terrible advantage of so many young theater actors.”

At B, the H’s 3D Theater attraction earned more than £155,000 ($250,000 USD) during the 2003 season and was solidly profitable.  Despite funding some of the initial operating expenses of the attraction, the Hs then secretly collected a substantial amount of revenues and delayed paying any of the costs to keep the attraction operating.  After months of stockpiling theater revenues for themselves, R and D H allowed the B attraction to nearly collapse before the equipment financier F stepped in to take over financial operation of the business.  They have admitted to enriching themselves, instead of paying the laborers in the UK and other operating expenses.

Several entities involved in the H’s operation were financially harmed as a consequence of their actions, including F which lost several hundred thousand dollars overall, NG of Jacksonville, FL, GS of B&B LLP, RTEO, B, and the many performers and laborers who worked at the Hs’ attraction.

“While this lawsuit was pending, we were advised to not comment or share our opinion publicly,” drawn from the official statement of RTEO.  “Now that the judge has confirmed the scandalous actions of R and D H, commonly known as principles of 3D and S, we consider this a cautionary tale to others who would naively enter into a partnership with these sketchy people.  With this phase of the campaign complete and the judgment confirmed in our favor, we will be interested to see the results of a possible criminal fraud or embezzlement investigation against the Hs personally, and we have already contacted the police authorities in KH, Belgium and provided some details of the H’s behaviors associated with their dubious retention of business revenues.  We anticipate that evidence of personal enrichment will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of criminal law.”
