Garage did not take reasonable care to prevent damage to my vehicles.  They accepted vehicles in excess of the capacity of the garage, as shown on their license, on a day when work was being conducted on the ceiling to repair large cracks and holes in the ceiling.  This resulted in constant moving of my vehicle, which was in excess of what is indispensably necessary to the operation of the business in connection with the incidental movement of vehicles solely for the purpose of storage. 

They caused severe damage to my car, and did not report the damage to me even though it happened on their premises.  The owner would not speak with me and the Director of Operations only replied once to my initial email.  They are trying to avoid liability for the damage or loss caused by their own negligence or the negligence of their own employees.

If you like your car, do NOT park it here.  It will be damaged at some point.
