41MG INC. Jeff Warren owner and Daniel Vasquez Admin are hiring people as Independent Contractors to do sales for Vista Energy Marketing Door to Door.  These people do not know how to run a business. They have a contract that states that you will be selling Cable, Internet and Phone. You don't invoice them, they give you payroll checks. They tell you to come to their office that they have "managers" run. In my opinion the are misclassifying what I would call Employees.   They do this to avoid paying workers comp, benefits and other taxes.  They hold 10 % of your earnings in a holdback account, they tell you that you will get it back 30 days after you leave the Company.....you don't get it unless you apply to get it if ever.  As far as I know this practice is illegal.  They will also hold your paychecks for at least 30 days if you are terminated for not performing or anything they want to fire you for.  I advice anyone who is owed money to go to small claimes court to file a complaint, also contact BBB to file a complaint with them. Call PG&E and the Public Utility Commission to file complaints. Call Vista Energy Marketing and tell Paul Atha Your complaint. These people need to change their business practices or be taken out of business.  Please post your report here if you have not got paid from them.
