44th Auto Service Customer Bennett, Colorado

WOW, i just came across this and i figured i would put my two cents in here.

In early 2000 I was involved in a bad accident at 44th and federal blvd. The guys at 44th auto service seen what happened and came to help. Jim. Greg and Darell from the shop pried the door open and got my 6 year old daughter out of the passenger side and performed cpr on her. Because of the airbag she had a bad injury to her head and spine and was not breathing. The doctors at childrens hospital said these guys probably saved her life.

Ever since that I have been grateful for what they did for my baby and me and throughout the process of finding this drunk and prosecuting him. They did not turn away when I needed help. Ever since then my whole family has been taking all of our cars there including my husbands plumbing company trucks and will continue to do so. Their work is excellent, fair priced and they are ,,well lets just say really cool. My little girl that they saved that night is not little any more but makes a point to go see them (and brings cookies) when she comes to colorado.I just wanted everyone to know about this company and all I can say is these guys are the GREATEST

Our company still stands firm on our position on this matter. We have a customer satisfaction index of over 97 % which far moresuperior than most business. We will continue to serve our clients as we have for the last 35 years. In all of our years we have NEVER encountered anyone like you. Again Our VAST customer base will disagree with you.

About the truth and validity of your rebuttal, I will caution you that our comm system does record conversations so be careful what you lies you claim.

Mr benson, I dont think we will be needing to speak with you about anything now or in the future.
Our business with you is over so you can rest assured that any of our staff or myself will not need to be on your property for any reason. We have survived 35 years without you and will be around another 35 years.

And on the same note, we will not tolerate any stalking or contacting any of our family members or of our staff. This includes our children, childrens school or our business and home properties etc.

We have forwarded all of this information to our attorney for litigation so I would suggest if you have any concerns or correspondence you should direct it to the firm of werking law. Again you are an internet terrorist as you have demonstrated with other companies. Our firm will not to tolerate this and will exercise our legal rights.

Our company policy is to not engage in childish conflicts so will will cease this conversation here.

Jim are you running for office?  You sound just like a politician.  You don't address the issues you attack the person instead and then you gloat about yourself.  That is the most unsound retort and shows everyone your character to the tee.  If you have been in business for 35 years you should have figured out who legally owned the vehicle before you worked which shows your lack of perception to detail.  I did not expect anything for free that is an unsound statement and false because I never argued the price and paid you in cash as you requested so vulgarly while you screamed.  You did finally complete the job after being pressed to do so, did not finish things because you had a defective part and screamed about how factory parts are inferior which is invalid as well, things happen and are frustrating that is life.  But what is shameful is how you behave and that you find it acceptable to scream and yell at people and use fowl language to them.  I never once raised my voice to you, never once got out of line to you in speech and spoke to you calmly and normally but you are not capable of doing this and 35 years of business you should be able to remain calm in such an instant.  You don't act like an adult and still behave like a child with a temper tantrum.  You then demanded I come over so you could film me and then further try to provoke me with insults and fowl language which I out smarted you because I know the legality of matters when I don't hold title to what you fixed and you know that the owner legally can pick it up without issue, so I deprived you the privilege of insulting me.  Then what is funny is that I repaid you with the same behavior to get you to do something you should not have, which you failed to comprehend and now you did just what you wanted me to and now there are legality issues to rectify.  It is ironic that you can make time to type nonsense on the internet and read all about me and insult me with written words but can not find time to work on the car and stick to a time frame.  If you could not do the job then you should not tell people dates or times when it would be done and the body shop and everyone knows you dragged ass with it, like you do with all things, the wife of the body shop said she'd never take anything to you again, I should have listened to her and was warned about your childish behavior from another but I felt sorry for you about you saying you needed work and were ill again.  However you merely needed to call someone to tell them the status which you do not make phone calls nor do you know how to communicate with people.  Your work to the car is fine but is the hassle and piss pour attitude that you have that people should be warned about.  Now when you come to the body shop you can find it comfortable in the parking lot because you are not welcome inside the shop and if you don't believe me then a restraining order will be asked by the sherif.  You are a disrespectful person and I will not tolerate you being rude and screaming at me, this matter can simple be solved by you making an apology to me for the insults and screaming that you did which was uncalled for and childish.  If you can not be grown up and act like an adult then you need not come to the place of business and we can address the matter further.

RE: complaint.

Our company has been in business for over 35 years and strives to provide superior service and personal attention. Our reputation speeks for itself in our community.

The person complaining is not the owner of the vehicle in question and is in fact listed as a scammer on this board and many others. His company is assistedknives.com. Jonathan Benson is in hiding from lawyers because of lawsuits he has lost. And has hidden all of his assets from the lawyers and the government. His role in life is to expect everything for free
and then even complain about it when he gets it.

The registered owner of the vehicle (which is not the complainant) brought this vehicle to our service center for extensive repairs. The customer (owner) which is a body shop brought their own parts as they normally do. We do all of their mechanical work and have done so for a while and STILL do. This vehicle was run through the process as all others are done. Upon the interference from Mr. Benson (which the body shop was letting him drive the car). we elected to halt any other repairs and advised the body shop of his interference. We completed our repairs and released the vehicle back to the owner of the body shop. Our billing was in accordance to the labor time guide of alldata corp for said vehicle as verified by the owner. A complete inspection of work was done by the owner before it left and all computer data was showing satisfactory operation (2006 vw Jetta tdi with 160 k on it).

This person is an internet terrorist. Just look at his internet ramblings about other companies such as,   e-bay, Pay pal, Bench made knives is just a few. I pray for Mr Benson and hope he does eventualy get some counseling for his problem.

We have documented, photographed and copied every aspect of the repair of this vehicle and all registration documents for review by our counsel to remedy this unfortunate situation and is available for review to any interested parties.

Our company has won numerous national awards over the years for service above and beyond and will continue to provide quality service for the next 35 years.

And just a not, we are still doing other mechanical work for the body shop (car owner).
