PAID $4,230.00 total for a piece of crap! They do not care about anything or anyone but money!!!...They will list their crap on ebay as if it were something out of a showroom. I think they are picking this stuff up at curbsides on garbage night or scrap yards. They paint them up , polish them and then lie like hell about their condition. They need to be stopped. I needed a 4x4 atv with a plow so i bid thru ebay on this 2001 arctic cat 500 "like new, grandpa owned, with "only 266 miles, perfect condition machine...They stalled and delayed the shipping by giving me 100 excuses...finally sent out a few days before the deadline to complain. This machine is total crap!!!...I just sold a 94 kawaski bayou on craigslist for $600.00 that is in better shape than this one for almost 4,230.00!!! I wouldnt sleep at night knowing i ripped someone off. There is broken headlights, taillights, a broken axle guard, it stalls, backfires, pours gas out of the carb. and will not go into 4 wheel drive...sounds like metal grinding against metal.

Ebay is useless...they never contacted me back when i complained about the delay in delivery and now...guess what?...im over the 30 days to file a complaint!!!! WOW!!! I will no longer do business with ebay either. They give these crooks a license to steal  from innocent , hard working people...and we are talking BIG money...without ebay they would not have the big business that they have. People wouldnt buy this junk in person. Keep this in mind people!...it is no wonder they offer "free" shipping. The one thing i asked them for was a free manual and all 3 people there told me, "oh, yes we have hundreds laying around..we will throw one in, no problem"...I couldnt even get that out of them for $4,230.00!!!. Nathan tells me he bent over backwards for me...LMAO...i asked him how or what he meant by this ..he could not answer. I guess they are banking on suckers and there sure must be alotof them out there.These people are getting rich off of ebay by selling total crap and it needs to stop.!!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM BRUNO"S OR 4SEASONSPOWERSPORTS!!! they equal CON-ARTISTS!!!!

I WILL BE THE FIRST TO SAY WE MAKE MISTAKES AND WE DO MISS THINGS FROM TIME TO TIME.  WE SELL USED OFF ROAD VEHICLES MEANING THEY HAVE PROBABLY BEEN IN MUD AND WATER AND SUCH.  WE DO OUR BEST TO CATCH THE ISSUES BEFORE THEY LEAVE OUR SHOP BUT WE DO MISS THINGS.  WE WILL GLADLY MAKE ANY WRONG DOING RIGHT BUT HERES THE CATCH.  IF YOU CUSS ME OR TALK TRASH TO ME OR CALL SCREAMING AND YELLING IM NOT DEALING WITH IT.  IF YOUR NICE AND WILL WORK WITH US WE WILL DO ALL WE CAN TO MAKE THINGS RIGHT.  I HATE THAT ANY CUSTOMER IS UNHAPPY BUT IN THIS DAY AND TIME WHEN YOU SELL THE VOLUME WE DO ITS GOING TO HAPPEN.  WE ARE ONE OF THE LARGEST POWERSPORTS DEALERSHIPS IN THE COUNTRY AND ALL WE SELL ARE USED PRODUCTS.  I HAVE HAD 4 COMPLAINTS ON OVER 20000 UNITS I HAVE SOLD THATS GOOD BUT IM STILL NOT HAPPY ABOUT IT.  THE LADY BELOWS ITEM WAS DAMAGED IN  SHIPPING AND SHE FAILED TO NOTATE IT ON THE BILL OF LADING FROM THE CARRIER.  WE SEND A PACKET ON EVERY TRANSACTION THAT PLAINLY TELLS YOU IF AND ITEM IS DAMAGED NOTATE IT AS WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR IT.  SHE FAILED TO DO SO,  SO NOW WE ARE THE BAD GUYS.  NO HARD FEELINGS WITH HER OR ANYBODY ELSE BUT ALL I HAVE TO SAY IS TALK TO PEPLE WITH RESPECT AND GOOD THINGS HAPPEN.  AS YOU CAN PLAINLY READ BY HOW THIS LADY TALKS YOU CAN TELL SHE PROBABLY WASNT A PRINCESS TO TALK TO.  IF SHE WOULD BE NICE I WOULD STILL LIKE TO HELP HER TO THIS DAY.

THIS LADY COULD HAVE RETURNED THIS ATV AT ANYTIME SHE FELT SHE NEEDED TO WITHIN HER FIRST TEN DAY OF OWNING IT.   SHE WANTED MONEY AND WOULD NOT GIVE US ANY RECEIPTS FOR THE REPAIRS.  SHE OWNS A BUSINESS HERSELF AND IM NOT OUT TRYING TO BASH HERS.  WE SELL USED POWERSPORTS EQUIPMENT NO MATTER HOW HARD I TRY TO FIND EVERYTHING WRONG WITH THEM WE WILL MISS THEM.  I WILL HELP ANYBODY I CAN IF THIS IS THE CASE.  I HATE SHE ACTS THIS WAY.  BUT AS YOU CAN READ IN HER LETTERS AND SUCH SHE ISNT EASY TO DEAL WITH AT ALL.  IVE DONE ALL I CAN DO.  IF SHE SENDS IT BACK I WILL GLADLY GIVE HER MONEY BACK.

You had ample opportunity to make this right Nathan if You were a MAN at all, let alone a Man of Your Word...Noone screamed and yelled at you as you describe with every disgruntled customer you have managed to rip off and piss off...Its always the same old lies with you. You can still make this right Nathan....i will even eat the cost of all the repairs i have put into this atv!!!! Respond to that Nathan!!!! Let everyone out here reading this know how much you want to be a good business owner and how "honest" You are... Again i will eat the total cost of the repairs i have invested in this piece of crap which are:

....$1, 500.00 plus the cost of a new carburator which is 600.00 so i will eat the cost of all the repairs totalling $2100.00 ive paid (with receipts for all of this from a legite dealership), ..and you can pay me back the initial cost of $4,320.00 that i paid you!!!  Now that's more than fair Nathan...RESPOND TO THIS!!!

If You werent a LIAR and a CHEAT you would NOT have described this ATV as "perfect', "flawless", "immaculate", "best one on the lot", "grandpa owned", "only 266 original miles".......thats what i bid on and NOT this piece of garbage you picked out of the trash on garbage night Nathan!!! List Your crap as they really are and for what they are worth Nathan and be for real and be a Man!

i am the owner of this business and i will be the first one to admit we make mistakes.  The one thing i will say is a plainly state you can return an item within 10 days of receiving it for a complete refund no questions asked.  We never try to defraud people and try our hardest to work with them.  When people call and start screaming and wont listen to us and use vulgar language it is then left up to our companys attorney as to which action we take.  We strive and take pride in our business  and the products we sell if you call us and speak with us about any issue you are having we will gladly try and hepl you and figure out a resoulution.  We are a very large business and have no need to rip people off to make it.  If people will talk to us like we are human then we will do everything in our power to help you.  There are two sides to ever story and i will not get on here and bad mouth anyone about anything they say or do.  If you have a question or concern about our business pick up the phone and give us a call we have plenty of refernces to help ease your mind.
