My order was taken over the phone by Billie Clift. He never told me that electrical parts were non returnable. When I received the part, it was defaced with paint. Customer refused it. Said he told me over the phone had it recorded. Ask him to play it back. He refused. I do need the part. One that works, and is not defaced. Paint cannot be removed without damaging finish. Ask him to find me another part, he refused. He gave me an email address that does not work. And when I call there is no answer.

I do want to apologize that you had a bad experience by buying a used part from us. Did you know that zippo lighter fluid or Ronsonol fluid would take that paint off no problem at all? Don't you think its a little unfair to do through all of this over some paint that could have easily been removed?

Call your local salvage yard 8/10 yards will tell you that there is no warranty on electronical parts. Why?

1. Lets say your ac/heater control that you are REPLACING was damaged because of an electrical short that YOU or your MECHANIC missed, and if you install our part and that short causes our part to go bad is that the salvage yards fault?

2. Every part that leaves our yard is a known good part. It has been tested and works. This is a 10+ year old vehicle and part. It is USED and will not be "in like new condition" as you obviously was expecting.

According to my CRM system provided by www.leadmaster.com, you had opened a total of 3 emails and with every single email, including your "Order Confirmation" and "Order Shipped" emails that are sent for example, have our Terms of Sale at the very bottom of each one. IF you want or whoever wants to, I will be more than happy to send a copy.

 I wanted to put this on here, just so everyone can see my side of the story. I just called Nextiva who is our provider of phone serivice and I pulled your file and the dates we spoke with the phone number that my phone connected to, and requested the 1-3 conversations from first to last, be transcribed into a word document, and I will also load that on here if and when I get the information I had recieved, so yourself, and everyone can see that I told you that "electronical parts do not have any warranty's"

Feel free to call anytime. The last thing I will allow to happen, is you give me and my company a bad name in which we dont deserve because we work hard every day to provide the best service we can to our customers. That paint, could have been easily removed, in fact, if you want to send that part back here, I will have it professionally removed and re conditioned just to prove I was not trying to rip you off, which is the purpose of this website.
