I am going to make this short as I am disgusted with this company, it started out with using the broker Tropical Auto Carriers in Coconut Creek, Fl. Dealing with Anthony who was condesending and obtuse when I asked specific questions about vehicle pick up times. They were of course late by 3 days.
I made the mistake of putting a 32" flat screen TV behind the seat covered w/a blanket I ran out of room in my trailer. Of course it was stolen.
The driver that I met in North Carolina, was great he said he did not see it and it was picked up by him in Los Angeles.
He gave me the name of Nick the manager who after 3 phone calls finally picked up and called me a liar and screamed and yelled at me.
Do Not Use This Company!! Find another one, there a many many complaints against them, I am looking for the owner of this company which has been difficult.
I know I am at fault for taking a chance no question but this company is the worst to deal with.
I should have read the past complaints before I used them.
