Consumer beware! Read your agreement! review your application for correct information, because if you fail to do so there is a great chance that you will be paying more than you originally were led to believe, and like me you may be paying more often than you would expect. As a customer of 5 years i figured when i had a problem with this company, that they might want to do all they could to reasonably address my issue. its un fortunate for me that this was not the case. when i applied by I-phone/internet, i had to fill out the application multiple times before the system would accept my request, the site seemed to freeze 3-4 times prior to accepting my application.

What i didn't realize is that you must re enter the info in the drop boxes each time because it defaults back to the incorrect information. I woke one morning to find that my bank account was empty, because 500 fast cash with drew money for repayment. Un fortunately it was not on my payday. when i called them to fix the problem they told me there was nothing they can do to get me reimbursed. all i could do is fax them copies of my pay stub so that they can re arrange the payment to a bi weekly basis, and then charge me again 7 days later an additional 150.00. 

This practice does not seem fair or friendly. i will never do business with them again. This practice seems like it should be illegal.
